When I play a house show I can't help but approach it from my own strange perspective as a Singer/Songwriter who happens to be a Mental Health Therapist who happens to also be (nerd alert) an Anglican Priest. It's weird and fun, kind of like Group Therapy with a guitar. In other words, when I do house shows I get to be myself and I get to share an authentic experience of music, people, and conversation. Those are the things I love most.
